These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of aztecelectricllc.com (the "Site"), operated by Aztec Electric LLC ("Aztec Electric," "we," "us," or "our"), a licensed, bonded, and insured electrical contractor based in Renton, Washington. By browsing the Site or submitting a quote request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and that you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Using the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or connected systems;
• Copy, scrape, or reproduce Site content for commercial use without our written permission; or
• Use the Site in any way that could disable, damage, or impair its operation.

Quotes & Scheduling

Quote and appointment requests submitted through the Site are processed using Housecall Pro, our field-service scheduling platform. Submitting a request does not guarantee a specific appointment time or that we can perform the requested work; we will contact you to confirm scheduling and scope. No contract for electrical services is formed until we provide a written estimate and you accept it.

Pricing & Estimates

Any pricing, calculators, or examples shown on the Site (including the financing calculator on our Financing page) are illustrative only and do not constitute a binding quote. Actual pricing depends on an in-person or documented assessment of your specific project and is provided in a separate written estimate.

Financing

Financing options referenced on the Site are provided by Wisetack, an independent third-party lender, not by Aztec Electric LLC. Financing is subject to credit approval and Wisetack's own terms and conditions; we do not guarantee approval, rates, or terms, and any application or agreement for financing is solely between you and Wisetack.

Intellectual Property

All text, images, graphics, logos, and other content on the Site are the property of Aztec Electric LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial purposes, but may not reproduce, modify, or distribute it without our prior written consent.

Third-Party Links & Embedded Content

The Site may link to or embed content from third parties, such as Google Maps, Housecall Pro, Wisetack, Facebook, and Instagram. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those third-party sites or services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aztec Electric LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Our total liability arising from your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Aztec Electric LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.
