When you request a free quote, book an appointment, or otherwise contact us through a form on the Site, we (through our scheduling partner, Housecall Pro) collect details such as your name, phone number, email address, service address, and a description of your project.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to collect information about your visit, such as your approximate location, device and browser type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the Site. This data is aggregated and does not directly identify you.
Communications. If you call, text, or email us, we retain that correspondence to respond to your request and keep a record of the conversation.

How We Use It

We use the information we collect to:

Respond to quote requests, schedule estimates, and coordinate electrical work;
Communicate with you about your project, appointments, and invoices;
Improve the Site's content, performance, and user experience;
Understand how visitors find and use the Site, so we can better serve our service area; and
Comply with legal, licensing, and insurance obligations as a Washington State electrical contractor.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate our business:

Housecall Pro. Our quote-request and lead forms are powered by Housecall Pro, our field-service management and scheduling platform. Information you submit through those forms is processed by Housecall Pro on our behalf to create and manage your appointment. Housecall Pro's own privacy practices are described at housecallpro.com/privacy.
Google Analytics. Aggregated, anonymized usage data is processed by Google to help us understand Site traffic. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.
Service providers. We may share information with vendors who help us run our business (for example, hosting, communications, or accounting tools), bound to use it only to provide those services.
Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Aztec Electric LLC or others.

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies (via Google Analytics) to remember basic preferences and measure how the Site is used. We retain quote requests, project records, and communications for as long as reasonably necessary to complete your project, satisfy warranty and licensing obligations, and meet our tax and recordkeeping requirements.

Ask us what personal information we hold about you, or request that we correct or delete it, by emailing sales@aztecelectricllc.com;
Opt out of non-essential communications at any time by replying "stop" to a text or letting us know by phone or email; and
Disable analytics cookies through your browser or an ad-blocking extension.

We will honor reasonable requests to the extent consistent with our legal, contractual, and recordkeeping obligations.

Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for adults seeking electrical services and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
